Actions
The action bar controls what your operative does next. Idle, Rest, and Scavenge can also be queued for arrival while travelling.
Move
Move travels through the world and can lead to encounters. By default, it drains satiety at the normal 1× rate outside your Camp.
Idle
Idle stops movement and automatic activity. Health regenerates at the configured Idle multiplier, which is 1.0× by default. Outside your Camp, satiety drains at 0.25× the normal rate by default. The offline-progress limit also uses Idle; once simulation pauses, satiety no longer drains.
Rest
Rest stops movement and regenerates health at the configured Rest multiplier, which is 1.5× by default. Outside your Camp, Rest drains satiety at 0.25× the normal rate by default. Inside your Camp, satiety is preserved and a completed Sleeping Place can improve Rest regeneration further. A recent combat tag still limits regeneration to the combat rate.
Scavenge
Scavenge automatically searches within your Junk Radar range, moves to a reachable resource, gathers it, and repeats until the Pack is full or the action stops. Scavenging and gathering drain satiety at 1.5× the normal rate outside your Camp by default.
Idle or Rest?
Choose Idle to stop automation when you do not need recovery. Rest uses the same default satiety rate and is the stronger recovery choice. Inside your Camp, neither action drains satiety.
